Purple Koru was formed by operators who had spent careers running the same functions they now run with clients: P&Ls, portfolios, pricing, transformation, M&A, and enablement. We saw too many advisory engagements that left the hard work on the client's side of the table. Purple Koru was built to do the opposite. We bring the judgment and the execution in the same room.
