After the departure of a CIO he was brought on board by CFO to drive selection of ERP vendor and System Integrator and define deployment approach. He has lead 12 work streams to create independent company from an outsourcing business. Reported to executive governance council.
He has leveraged ITIL practices to define a technology function that embraces the people and process elements of ITSM in a manner appropriate to a small organization. Assumed leadership of this function and acted as a mentor and coach to the staff.
An while at HP, he was the CIO for HP Outsourcing, responsible for all of the business’ dedicated IT systems. He Served as leader of the integration of EDS IT systems into HP, including directing 20 work streams each with substantial scope and multimillion dollar budgets. ‘On-boarded’ over 130,000 global employees across hundreds of sites. Streamlined architecture by eliminating hundreds of non-standard applications. Recognized for significantly exceeding goals.
