Pete has led large-scale transformation programs at Hewlett-Packard, where he was responsible for initiatives measured in billions of dollars, while also rolling up his sleeves with early- and mid-stage startups. He is one of the few senior corporate leaders who has consistently thrived in both environments — applying the same ethics, accountability, and operational discipline regardless of company size or stage.
